The proposed design has placed the focus on urban regeneration is understood as the tool for the reduction of degradation and social marginality. Regenerate it allows the community to regain possession of several spaces, to relive them in a new dimension, improving the quality of life and increasing the value of the spaces themselves. The concept of urban regeneration can not be separated from the optimization and a more innovative spaces that allow you to take advantage of a city truly integrated, connected, secure and green. One of the aims of the project was to promote the development of the area of the new sports centre, in virtue of the role purely social that the latter holds for the city, capable of conveying different functions that can develop a system of formal connections and functional.

To ensure the quality of the work and the aesthetic value, the project placed emphasis on the individual, on the element perceptual and recognition of identity. The goal was to make the Work, and the volumes pleasant, able to evoke well-being, and to reverse the deterioration or abandonment of the interior spaces and urban surrounding.

The project also included improvements to the automation systems of control and management of technological systems, including, within the same, a mechanism of monitoring in the cloud with the goal of obtaining a general improvement of the environmental performance of the work and the reduction of operating costs and maintenance associated with the same, making the process sustainable in environmental and economic terms.

The bus shelter, solar-powered, has been equipped with charging points for electric vehicles, contributing to the goal of encouraging mobility, green and sustainable.

The construction of the plants was estimated with the use of materials that conform to those prescribed by the regulations, in order to ensure the approval and the proper conduct of competitive activity in the presence of the public. The current football field was so conformed to the standards set by the FIGC, necessary for obtaining of the approval to the carrying out of competitions, championships semiprofessionistici.
