ISO 9001

UNI/PdR 125:2022


The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification aims to drive a systemic cultural change within organisations, fostering equitable gender equality. It focuses on key drivers to create meaningful change, including:

  • Respect for constitutional principles of equality and fairness;
  • The adoption of policies and measures to promote the employment of women, particularly young and qualified women, and the growth of women-led businesses, supported by incentives such as improved access to credit, markets, and tax benefits;
  • The adoption of measures that ensure effective equality between men and women in the workplace, including: equal opportunities in employment access, income parity, equal access to career opportunities and training and the full implementation of paternity leave, in line with European best practices.

SA8000:2014


At the start of 2024, we began the process of certification to the Standard (Social Accountability 8000), reinforcing our commitment to conducting business in a sustainable and socially responsible manner, including the respect for workers’ rights, ensuring workplace safety, the promotion of professional growth and training and upholding non-discrimination principles. The requirements of this standard extend to the entire supply chain of the organisation. To this end, we have implemented a Quality and Social Responsibility Management System in compliance with SA8000.
