UNI/PdR 125:2022
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification aims to drive a systemic cultural change within organisations, fostering equitable gender equality. It focuses on key drivers to create meaningful change, including:
- Respect for constitutional principles of equality and fairness;
- The adoption of policies and measures to promote the employment of women, particularly young and qualified women, and the growth of women-led businesses, supported by incentives such as improved access to credit, markets, and tax benefits;
- The adoption of measures that ensure effective equality between men and women in the workplace, including: equal opportunities in employment access, income parity, equal access to career opportunities and training and the full implementation of paternity leave, in line with European best practices.
