UNI/PdR 125:2022
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 with the aim of launching a path systemic cultural change in organizations for the purpose of achieving a more equitable gender equality, acting on the following drivers on which to act and UNI/PdR 125:2022 are:
- respect for the constitutional principles of equality and fairness;

the adoption of policies and measures to promote the employment of women, especially young women, and that qualified – and female-run businesses, even with an incentive for access to credit and markets, and tax benefits;

adoption of measures conducive to the effective equality between men and women in the world of work, including:
equal opportunities in access to employment, parity, income, equal access to career opportunities and training, and to the full implementation of paternity leave, in line with european best practices.
